Mr. Sumant is the lead trainer for CPBFI. The flagship CSR Program of Bajaj Finserv for the states of Madhya Pradesh and Odisha. Under his able leadership, the program has grown multifold over the last few years. Put together in these two states, CPBFI has partnerships with more than one hundred and fifty colleges partnerships. It trains over six thousand students per year, conducting around one hundred and fifty batches.
The massive impact Mr. Sumant has created is reflected in a placement ratio of close to thirty percent for the CPBFI program. Apart from this, Mr. Sumant has also founded ventures under the brand ‘Expressions,’ focusing on startups and related initiatives.
